Once your offer is selected by the seller, we manage the entire closing process until you get the keys.

If the seller offers to pay for the buyer’s agent commission, we let you decide how you want to allocate any amount of the commission offered after our flat fee of $5,000 for TurboHome or $10,000 for TurboHome Plus. You can either take cash back, increase your offer price, or have us offer a referral to the listing agent.

Open houses offer a great opportunity to experience a home firsthand for free. If you prefer a private showing, TurboHome has a partner network of licensed agents who can show you the home at your convenience. The fee per private showing is $30-80 depending on region. TurboHome Plus includes 15 private tours at no cost.
